How to assign external ip on google cloud
1. Login into your google cloud platform
2. In Top search box type external ip
3. Select "External IP addresses" in search option
4. Click on "Reserve Static Address" button
5. Enter "Name", any name of your choice
6. Click on "Reserve" button to Reserve ip
7. Click on "Reserve" button against your vm instance to reserve your static ip
